KERP (Kim's Excellent Result Practices) was created by Dr. Kimberly M. Redding, an Educational Psychologist working with educators, administrators, teachers, parents, and students to learn more about how to help people learn best. Her passion consists of teaching others how to excel in learning and creating strategies to help them achieve academic and professional goals. With 18 years of experience, Dr. Redding has taught English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Writing in the United States, China, Brazil, Venuezuela, the Middle East and other countries. The vision of Dr. Redding and KERP creates a space for everyone to move to thier potential level of success.
